SpeedSeattle Dating & SpeedSeattle Matchmaking (a division of SpeedUSA Dating/ SpeedLA Dating, shall for the purpose of this content be referred to as SpeedSeattle Dating throughout the Terms & Conditions of this website) Our Speed Dating events are reliant on an equal guy to gal ratio of attendees. While we do try to work with our daters and encourage daters to be understanding of each others schedule changes, we do ask daters to please notify us with as much notice as possible in order to replace your reservation. Should last minute cancellations, reschedules or weather cause the event to be rescheduled, you will receive your original credit which can be used for any event, in any city, at any time. Ticket/Credits may also be transferred to a friend. Your purchase will not be issued a refund. All sales are final.

Matchmaking

Participants of our Matchmaking Packages are expected to attend Matchmaking events at no additional cost. Attendance is an important part of the process and an excellent opportunity for us to get to know you better, for you get to know our daters and for us to see who is drawn to you. As well, many Matchmaking daters find our events the perfect way to narrow down what they are looking for and learn a bit more about themselves in the process.

Matchmaking 'Date Nights' are based on mutual interest. If after several good faith attempts to find a suitable match, your challenges cannot be met by fellow daters, we reserve the right to transfer the value of your package to our events, without expiration.

Privacy Policy
SpeedSeattle Dating & SpeedSeattle Matchmaking is committed to protecting your privacy. You are guaranteed 100% privacy. Only the personal information which you have agreed to divulge will be shared with your ‘Date-Mate’. At no time will your information be shared with anyone other than a mutual Date-Mate.

Any person who wishes to use the SpeedSeattle Dating.com website must be at least 21 years of age.

SpeedSeattle Dating events and SpeedSeattle Matchmaking are intended for use and participation by persons that are over 21 years of age. Therefore, SpeedSeattle Dating complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Any information collected or received from anyone under the age of 21 will be promptly removed from our system.

Terms of Use
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website and participation in all SpeedSeattle Dating events and SpeedSeattle Matchmaking. The terms are subject to change by SpeedSeattle Dating at any time, effective upon notification to you. Either you or SpeedSeattle Dating may terminate your registration at any time without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. SpeedSeattle Dating reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our service, without notice, upon any breach of this agreement by you which is brought to our attention. Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any SpeedSeattle Dating events.

By using the SpeedSeattle Dating website or participating in SpeedSeattle Dating events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These "Terms" apply to all users of the SpeedSeattle Dating.com website, whether or not they are a registered member. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not register.

SpeedSeattle Dating keeps all information supplied by you confidential. User authorizes SpeedSeattle Dating to release said information to other Users who you "match" with only.

The SpeedSeattle / SpeedUSA Marley Prize
*Appearing at Select Venues Only - The SpeedSeattle / SpeedUSA Marley prize is allocated via Alertpay approximately four weeks after the event. The prize winner may choose cash equivalent or can opt to donate the prize to SpeedSeattle's charity of choice, The Joan Gaeta Foundation. If the prize is declined, the prize winner not located or if the prize winner fails to adhere to the standardized Code of Conduct of respect to fellow daters and company staff, before, during or after the event, the prize will be donated to the charity of choice in the winner's name. Complimentary or Discount Tickets are not subject to the Marley Prize. Such ticket holders will be given a Complimentary Ticket in lieu of a cash prize.

SpeedSeattle Dating Events are not a matchmaking service and does not perform background checks on or screen any individuals participating in our events. By registering with SpeedSeattle Dating and SpeedSeattle Matchmaking you are agreeing that SpeedSeattle Dating is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of a SpeedSeattle Dating event or Matchmaking ‘Date-Night’. SpeedSeattle Dating provides a forum in which singles can meet face to face and does not make any guarantees of any kind. SpeedSeattle dating events and SpeedSeattle Matchmaking are held at venues over which SpeedSeattle Dating and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a SpeedSeattle Dating event or Matchmaking ‘Date-Night’ you agree to release SpeedSeattle Dating and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

SpeedSeattle Matchmaking Background Check
Only registrants of SpeedSeattle Matchmaking are subject to a background check. Our primary concern is the safety of our guests. We perform an extensive check as to any history that is of a violent nature, both criminal and civil. It does not include employment, credit, medical or financial history. Our due diligence combined with our policy of daters meeting Date-Mate’s at a venue arranged by us – we feel creates an atmosphere free of worry and allows our daters to relax and enjoy the moment.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SpeedSeattle Dating, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Hosts and Area Managers (as defined within the SpeedSeattleDating.com Web site), agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, any and all of the services that SpeedSeattle Dating provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a SpeedSeattle Dating event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

Refusal of Service
SpeedSeattleDating.com reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
